2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you send us voluntarily through one of the two forms on this site. No data is collected without your knowledge.
Application form
Name, email address, area of interest, reference and title of the position applied for where applicable, curriculum vitae (file), free-text message, and the display language of the site at the time of submission.
Contact and partnership form
Name, organisation, country, email address, description of your request, and the display language of the site at the time of submission.
Please do not include in the message field any data that is sensitive within the meaning of the GDPR (health, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, ethnic origin).

4. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising network, no social media buttons and no trackers of any kind.
No information is stored in your browser. The language of the site is chosen through the address of the page: French at the root of the site, English under /en/, and the FR/EN selector is a plain link between the two.
This is why the site displays no consent banner: it neither places nor reads any tracker on your device.
Fonts are hosted on our own server. No resource is loaded from a third-party service: your IP address is not shared with any other party when you simply browse the site.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to VBMS Tunisia management and to the people responsible for recruitment or business relations. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for prospecting purposes.
Two technical service providers are involved:
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) — website hosting and form submissions. Netlify is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so transfers to this company are covered by the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023. The processing Netlify carries out on our behalf is governed by its Data Processing Agreement, incorporated by reference into its contractual terms.
- Microsoft Corporation (United States) — professional email (Microsoft 365). Microsoft is also certified under the Data Privacy Framework, but relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, incorporated into its Data Protection Addendum, to govern transfers outside the European Economic Area.
6. Retention periods
- Unsuccessful applications: 2 years after the last contact
- Contact and partnership requests: 3 years after the last contact
Submissions retained in our host's interface are deleted at the end of these same periods.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to contact@vbmstunisia.com. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt as to your identity.
If our reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the competent authority:
- France — Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL)
- Canada — Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; in Québec, Commission d'accès à l'information
- Tunisie — Instance nationale de protection des données à caractère personnel (INPDP)
8. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data submitted through the forms travels encrypted, and access to submissions is restricted to authorised staff through named accounts.
9. Changes
This policy may change, in particular if the site comes to integrate new tools. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
