Accounting outsourcing
An accounting team in Tunis, dedicated to your Canadian or French files.
You keep the sign-off and the client relationship; we handle production, to the standards of the market you serve.
What we take on
Two ways of working with us, depending on the market your clients are in:
- Canadian files — bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, period-end entries, working files produced to Canadian market standards.
- French files — full bookkeeping on Pennylane, from data entry to balance-sheet preparation: bank reconciliation, VAT, tax and social filings, contribution to the tax return package.
In both cases, your accountant or firm remains the point of sign-off. We produce; you validate.
A control step before every handover
Files produced by our team go through a financial control review before being sent out: account substantiation, variance checks, agreed deadlines met. Nothing goes out without passing through that filter.
Who this is for
- Accounting firms looking to absorb peak periods without hiring or compromising on quality.
- Audit and advisory firms for which methodological rigour and confidentiality are non-negotiable.
- Growing SMEs and companies who want to outsource part of their accounting rather than bring on a full-time hire.
Why a team based in Tunis
- A French-speaking team trained on the standards of the market served — not a simple offshoring of data entry.
- Working hours that cover your business day, in Canada as in France.
- Confidentiality and the protection of our partners’ information as a basic principle, not a sales pitch.
This service draws on the same teams behind our open accounting roles — accounting technician, Pennylane accountant, financial controller. Viewing the profiles we recruit gives a precise sense of the expertise involved.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work on our tools, or do we need to switch to yours?
On your tools for Canadian files — we adapt to whichever accounting software is already in place. For French files, we work on Pennylane, the platform our teams are continuously trained on.
Who signs the documents sent to the tax authorities?
Your accountant, or ours depending on the arrangement. Our team produces and documents; sign-off stays with a professional registered with the relevant order.
How is our clients’ data protected?
File-level restricted access, contractual confidentiality, and a team based in our own Tunis premises — no cascading subcontracting. Details are in our privacy policy.
What length of commitment is required?
The arrangements — volume, duration, billing — are discussed directly with you, based on your context. No standard commitment before we’ve talked through your actual need.
