Senior AI Automation Consultant (Microsoft 365)

You design, deploy and maintain AI solutions for our clients — accounting firms and businesses in Canada and France, as well as our internal group teams — with Microsoft 365 as the working environment. For each client, you choose the best-suited AI platform (Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot or other) and know how to combine them. As the first consultant on this service, you define its methods, then train and supervise the junior consultants who join the team. Selection: a first interview, then a practical exercise — build a small automation with Microsoft 365 and the AI tool of your choice, then present it as you would to a client.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse client processes, identify tasks to automate and estimate time savings
  • Review their Microsoft 365 environment (licences, identities, data organisation) and propose a roadmap
  • Recommend the right AI platform for each client based on their use cases, confidentiality requirements and budget
  • Deploy the selected AI tools in clients' Microsoft 365 environments: accounts, Entra ID authentication, connection to Outlook, SharePoint and Teams
  • Build assistants, agents and skills for accounting workflows: file preparation, review, reconciliations, document follow-ups, client correspondence
  • Connect AI models to the software clients use (Pennylane, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) through APIs and MCP connectors
  • Build the automations that tie everything together, using Power Automate, Copilot Studio or code
  • Set up access rules, data protection and an AI use policy compatible with professional confidentiality obligations
  • Train users, write documentation and provide post-deployment follow-up
  • Build and maintain our library of reusable agents, connectors and templates
  • Keep up with AI platforms and test new capabilities before offering them to clients
  • Act as the AI champion for our Tunis teams (accounting, marketing, contact centre)

Profile

  • Degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Power Platform or systems integration: Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID
  • At least one to two years of generative AI projects in production, for clients or in-house: API use, prompt design, integration into business processes
  • Experience leading client engagements: scoping, estimating, delivery
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python or JavaScript) and REST APIs, including Microsoft Graph
  • Professional French and English, spoken and written
  • Ability to explain a technical solution to a non-technical audience

Nice to have

  • Experience with one or more enterprise AI platforms: Claude, OpenAI (API, ChatGPT Enterprise, Azure OpenAI), Microsoft Copilot or others
  • Experience with MCP connectors or AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance processes, or experience in an accounting firm
  • Experience with Power Apps, Copilot Studio or Microsoft Purview
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with Canadian or French clients
