Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation projects: scoping, configuration, data migration, testing and go-live
- Analyse clients' accounting and operational processes, then translate them into configuration
- Migrate and validate data from existing systems
- Train users and support change management
- Provide post-go-live support and the enhancements that follow
- Guide junior consultants and review their configuration work
Profile
- Degree in management information systems, accounting, finance or equivalent
- Five years' minimum experience implementing ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with at least two of Sage, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics (including Dynamics GP) and Acumatica
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Comfortable speaking with both business and technical counterparts
- Fluent French; professional English
Nice to have
- Vendor certification (Sage, Microsoft, Acumatica or Odoo)
- Projects delivered for clients in Canada or France
- Practice with data migration and integration tooling
- Familiarity with Canadian or French accounting standards
